Due to the angle difference, you cannot perfectly view Mount Everest from Everest base camp. Hike uphill to Kalapatthar from Gorekshep for a spectacular view of Mount Everest. In short, Everest Base Camp trekking is known as the EBC trek. This trek carries a good deal of beautiful mountains, stupas, monasteries, and rivers. The Tyanboche is well-known for its beautiful monastery, which is surrounded by praying Lamas. While trekking through the wide trail, you can clearly see the snowcapped mountains leading to Everest, including Mt. Everest (8,848 m), the highest peak in the world. During the EBC trek, the trekkers are challenging their fears in every moment. After completing all the levels of fear, they have no fear left and explore the incredible view of Mt. Everest. Ama Dablam (6,812 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Nuptse (7,879 m), and many more have snowcapped mountains.
The Everest base camp trek route is wide and flat, with no risk of avalanches or landslides. Trekkers should be cautious of high altitude sickness due to the higher elevation.
During the Everest base camp trek, we provide you with an Everest base camp map, and it is very important to find out the name of the mountains and the trekking route. There are hundreds of mountains and peaks, all of which appear to be very similar and cause confusion. There are many side footpaths off the main trekking trail. It can be difficult to find the right path at times, and you may become lost. If you are going with your guides, you do not have a problem; otherwise, you can buy a map in Thamel, close to your hotel where you are staying in Nepal, that will help you.
