Overview
Chisapani trek (2140m) is one of the shortest treks to the north of Kathmandu city. This trek is popular for the spectacular views of snowcapped mountains and beautiful Nepali villages with green terraces. We pass though the 112-sq-km Shivapuri National Park and large Tamang village of Mulkharka (1800m) from where we can view Kathmandu valley on a clear day. This trek takes us also through the peaceful forest of brown oak and rhododendron.
