Pisang Peak, at 6,091m above sea level, is one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal. It combines thrilling adventure with high altitude trekking and climbing. Situated in the Annapurna region, the peak rises above the beautiful village of Pisang and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna and Manaslu ranges. It is a 22-day expedition with Nepal Mt Lovers that starts with sightseeing and preparation in Kathmandu, after which it will be heading to Besisahar (760m), the gateway to the Annapurna Circuit. The trek gradually goes uphill through Ngadi (930m), Chamje (1,410m), Dharapani (1,860m), and Chame (2,720m), offering a thrilling landscape, thick forests, and riverbanks. From Pisang (3,200m), the route moves towards Pisang Peak Base Camp (4,380m) and High Camp (5,400m), where the climbers will be preparing for the summit.
It involves technical climbing to the summit, offering a once-in-a-lifetime view of 6,091m and great views of Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. It traces the descent back to Upper Pisang (3,300m), Manang (3,440m), Yak Kharka (4,200m), then crosses the famous Thorong La Pass (5,416m), down to Muktinath (3,800m) and Jomsom (2,750m). Finally, the trek concludes with a beautiful flight to Pokhara and returns to Kathmandu. It is the ideal expedition for good physical fitness and some mountaineering experience for trekkers.
